The BTS "Back in Box" Process
The Back in Box process facilitates the return of old cores for our customers and quickens the processing of the returns on our side.
This process includes the reception of the goods, the identification of the customer data in correlation to the product, the examination of the old cores as well as the processing of the pledge values and crediting the core fees to our customers.

All turbos sold by BTS in the local markets are subject to an exchange program. This means you will receive a unit from our stock and send the old/defective turbo back to us in exchange.
With every purchase of one of our turbos a core fee plus VAT is invoiced to you.
- The allocation of the invoiced core fee to the respective Back in Box carton is managed via a BTS-ID, printed on a label which is attached to the outside of the box.
- Please return the old/defective turbocharger inside the box of the new turbo you received from us to the following address:

Please only return old/defective turbos to this address. All new part returns as well as warranty claims are to be sent to our premises in Weilheim.
If all required conditions are met, you will receive a credit note for the invoiced core fee.
